Policy
This Trans Inclusion Policy has been developed to provide support and understanding for individuals who wish to, have taken, or are intending to take steps to present themselves in a gender different to that registered at birth and those who identify as gender non-conforming (non-binary)
Statement
The Student Placement Toolkit is relevant to the Equality Act 2010, the Public Sector Equality Duty and the protected characteristics as set out in the Act. The summary sets out the level of relevance and where the Toolkit takes account of equality issues and where gaps are identified.
